Order Cancellation:

At Rare3Sixty.com, we strive to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Orders are generally shipped within one business day of the time they are placed. Delays may occur if we have problems filling an order completely, in which case we will contact you by phone and/or email.

Returning an Order:

Goods sold are not refundable. Refund/Exchange of goods will only be implemented if there are errors in delivery and errors of goods. Returned items must be in like-new condition – not worn nor washed. Items must be sent back to the return shipping address on the package label. All returns must include a note that states clearly the order number (found on the invoice that was emailed to the customer when the order was placed) and the requested action – refund or exchange. Return will only be approved upon inspection and permission. If the return is due to a damaged item, or a packing error on our part, the return shipping cost will be refunded to you
