DOMESTIC MALAYSIA ORDERS

Orders ship with Poslaju National Courier. Express orders are shipped within one business day from the order being placed and arrive within 1-2 business days (depending on destination), guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Standard International orders ship with Pos Malaysia Priority Mail or Registered Mail (select destinations).  Express shipping is available with Pos Malaysia EMS service.  Shipping rates and shipment time depend on the destination country.  As a rough guide, standard shipping generally takes approximately 10-15 business days and expedited shipping generally takes 4 - 7 business days (3 - 4 days (Asia) ).  International shipping requires passage through customs, which may delay the arrival time of orders.  Packages may also incur a customs tariff upon arrival at the destination country. These tariffs vary among countries. RD will not be responsible for payment of these tariffs, so we ask that international customers take them into consideration prior to placing an order. Shipping charges are determined by a fixed fee plus a weight fee that changes according to the weight of the item(s) purchased.
